Citation & Listing Checklist

Calmora Living's off-site presence is built in a deliberate order: verify the entity, register with the procurement bodies our guests' employers use, then earn editorial citations with published data. This page is the live working record of that programme.

Published openly rather than kept internal. Most items below are blocked on the same few facts — a registered legal entity, an address that verifies, and the first months of index data — and naming that dependency is more useful than a vague claim of ongoing outreach. No paid link placements or reciprocal link schemes are used.

Tier 1 — Entity verification

These establish that the company exists as a verifiable entity. Search engines and AI systems reconcile a brand against these records before they trust anything on its own domain. Do these first, in this order, and keep the name, address, and phone identical to the footer.

  • Google Business Profile

    Blocked on entity data
    Why it matters:
    The single highest-value listing. Drives the knowledge panel, Maps presence, and the brand's canonical NAP record.

    Verifiable address in Kyiv and a phone number that answers.

    Blocked on entity data
    Why it matters:
    Independent company register mirror. Widely used as a corroborating source by data aggregators and AI training sets.
    Prerequisite:
    Registered legal entity name and registration number.

    Blocked on entity data
    Why it matters:
    Machine-readable entity record that feeds knowledge graphs directly. Needs at least two independent published sources to survive review.
    Prerequisite:
    Two independent citations — a press mention plus a register entry is the usual minimum.

  • LinkedIn Company Page

    Blocked on entity data
    Why it matters:
    The profile institutional buyers actually check before a vendor conversation. Also the fastest way to publish index updates to the right audience.

    Company email on the brand domain and a logo asset.

Tier 2 — Procurement and institutional registers

Lower traffic, disproportionate value: these are where procurement teams look for vendors, and a listing here is a qualification signal, not just a link.

  • UN Global Marketplace (UNGM)

    Blocked on entity data
    Why it matters:
    Shared vendor roster across UN agencies. Registration is free at the basic level and is frequently the first place agency procurement staff search.

    Legal entity, registration number, and the compliance documentation described on the Vendor Compliance page.

  • EBRD supplier registration

    Blocked on entity data
    Why it matters:
    Directly relevant to the reconstruction-consultant guest profile the program is built around.
    Prerequisite:
    Insurance documentation and business continuity plan in final form.

  • Chamber of commerce membership (Kyiv / bilateral)

    Why it matters:
    Member directories are durable dofollow citations and the introductions are more valuable than the link.
    Prerequisite:
    Registered entity and membership fee.

  • Bilateral business associations (e.g. AmCham, EBA)

    Why it matters:
    Reaches exactly the embassy, development-bank, and corporate audience the site targets.
    Prerequisite:
    Entity plus a short company description in Ukrainian and English.

Tier 3 — Editorial and data citations

This is what the Accommodation Index and Boryspil Tracker are for. Journalists and analysts covering Kyiv's recovery need current figures and there is little published data to cite. Pitch the data, not the company — an index citation earns a link no directory can match.

  • Kyiv Post / Kyiv Independent business desks

    Blocked on entity data
    Why it matters:
    Both cover reconstruction economics and cite named data sources. A monthly index with a stated methodology is pitchable.
    Prerequisite:
    At least two published months of index data.

  • Relocation and corporate-mobility publications

    Ready to submit
    Why it matters:
    Mobility managers are the exact buyer. These titles publish practitioner guidance and accept expert contributions.
    Prerequisite:
    A named author with a verifiable background — the founder profile on the About page covers this.

  • Aviation recovery trackers and analysts

    Blocked on entity data
    Why it matters:
    The Boryspil tracker is genuinely useful to this audience, and aviation writers link to primary trackers readily.
    Prerequisite:
    Tracker populated with sourced entries.
