Corporate Housing Program

Calmora Living provides mid- and long-term serviced apartments for organizations operating in Kyiv. The program is built around one guest profile — professionals on institutional assignment, not leisure travelers — and every operational decision reflects that.

Quick facts

How the Program Works

  1. 01

    Procurement-compatible invoicing.

Monthly or quarterly billing structured to match institutional accounts-payable processes — not nightly hotel-style folios.

  2. 02

    A single point of contact.

One dedicated contact for the duration of a stay, not a rotating support queue.

  3. 03

    Work-ready units.

Dedicated workspace, reliable internet, and backup power as standard, not upgrades.

  4. 04

    Security appropriate to institutional guests.

Controlled building access and documented emergency procedures.

Bathroom finished in marble-patterned tiling with black fittings.
Living room with an upholstered sofa and slatted timber wall detailing.
