Privacy Policy
Draft prepared for legal review
1. Who is the data controller
Calmora Living is the controller of personal data collected through this website. Contact details for the controller are published on the About page and in the site footer.
2. What we collect
We collect only what you submit through a form on this site: company name, contact name, role, email address, telephone number, expected guest volume, preferred district, expected timeframe, and any free-text message you choose to include.
We do not operate analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies on this site. One local browser preference is stored to remember that you have dismissed the cookie notice; it contains no identifier and is not transmitted to us.
3. Why we process it and on what basis
Form submissions are processed to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare an accommodation proposal. The lawful basis is your consent, given by ticking the consent box on the form, together with our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries addressed to us.
We do not use submitted data for marketing to unrelated third parties, and we do not sell it.
4. Who receives it
Form submissions are delivered through Make.com, our automation provider, to a company mailbox and an internal record of enquiries. Make.com acts as a processor on our behalf. Data may be processed in the European Union and, depending on the provider's infrastructure, in other jurisdictions covered by that provider's standard contractual clauses.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting engagement, and then for a limited period for accounting and contractual record-keeping. Retention periods will be stated precisely once this draft has been reviewed by counsel.
6. Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation and Ukraine's law on personal data protection, you may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you may withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Requests relating to this policy should be sent to the contact address published in the site footer.
7. Security
Submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. Access to enquiry records is limited to personnel who need it to respond to your request.
8. Changes
This policy will be versioned and dated once finalized. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
