Nothing on this site constitutes an offer, a booking confirmation, or a guarantee of availability. Calmora Living is building its Kyiv property network, and a submitted proposal request does not create a reservation or an obligation on either side.

They are provided for reference and may be cited with attribution. They are not investment, legal, or procurement advice, and we make no warranty of completeness.
